Chilled cast iron plunger material with polishing, grinding treatment, and compression testing for smooth, anti-abrasion surface.
Heating & Temperature Control
Heating options: Steam, oil, or electric with high-quality heating pipes for stability
Temperature range: 0-300°C (customizable to 400°C upon request)
Precise plate temperature tolerance: ±0.1°C
Optional water cooling system available
Hydraulic System
PLC controlled with professional hydraulic components for stable and reliable operation. Pressure sensor control system maintains constant pressure.
